Parish Council Meetings
The Parish Council holds its meetings on the first Wednesday of each month starting at 7:00pm (excluding August), in the rear meeting room of Stanton under Bardon Village Hall. These meetings are open to the public, and everyone is warmly invited to attend. During the public participation session, attendees are encouraged to raise any matters of concern.
The agenda is posted at least three clear working days before the meeting, and all decisions are documented in the minutes. Supporting documents can be accessed via the links provided in the online agenda.
Please note that no formal decisions (resolutions) can be made on items that are not listed on the agenda.
Public Participation
To encourage public engagement, the Council provides an open session at the beginning of each meeting for comments or questions on relevant matters. While members of the public may not join in the debate, they are welcome to attend and listen to the full meeting.
If you would like the Council to address a specific issue, please notify the Parish Clerk at least two weeks in advance. For more information, contact the Clerk or your local Parish Councillor.
